Tour overview

Chemka Hot Springs, also known as Kikuletwa Hot Springs, is a lush green paradise in the middle of the dry savannah. Although called a hot spring, the water is pleasantly warm, fresh, and clear year-round. The spring emerges from underground streams, forming a small lagoon shaded by giant trees and surrounded by dense vegetation.

The contrast between the dry surrounding landscape and the vibrant green of the pool creates a sense of entering a secret natural sanctuary. The calm water is deep in some areas, making it ideal for swimming, floating, or cooling off after exploring the surrounding nature trails. Birds often sing from the trees, adding to the serene and magical atmosphere.
