Day 1: Dar es Salaam – Mikumi NP

Upon arrival in Dar es Salaam, you will be picked up from your hotel or the airport and begin your safari adventure with a drive to Mikumi National Park. Along the way, keep your eyes peeled for wildlife sightings. Upon reaching Mikumi, you will have the opportunity to visit a Maasai village and engage with the local community. Dinner and overnight stay at Camp Bastian.

Day 2: Mikumi National Park

After breakfast, start your day with a full day game drive in Mikumi National Park. As one of Tanzania’s most renowned parks, Mikumi offers a diverse range of wildlife. Keep your camera ready to capture sightings of elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, and various antelopes. This park is also known for its tree-climbing lions, leopards, and black-backed jackals. Day 3: Udzungwa Hikking
